Location:

Cast & Grey Botanical

About the Event

A restorative space to release, reflect, and renew.

As mental health professionals, we often hold space for others, listening deeply, offering support, and walking alongside people in their healing journeys. This work is powerful and meaningful, and it also asks us to carry a lot. This workshop is an invitation to set that weight down for a while, and to turn your care and presence inward.

Through guided art-making, youโ€™ll have the opportunity to:

  • Express emotions in a safe and supportive space

  • Release tension and create space for renewal

  • Reconnect with your own sense of balance and wellbeing

  • Experience art as a gentle practice of self-care (no prior art experience needed!)

This is not about making โ€œperfectโ€ art, itโ€™s about exploration, reflection, and restoration. All supplies are included, and youโ€™ll leave with your own creations and simple ways to bring creativity into your ongoing self-care practice.

No art experience is needed. This is about expression, not perfection. Masks encouraged.
