You’re not imagining it, and it’s not “just in your head.” For many autistic folks, ADHDers, and AuDHD folks, especially those living with chronic health conditions, our experiences are deeply connected in ways that can’t be separated. But too often, the healthcare system treats each piece in isolation, missing the bigger picture of who we are and what we need.
This workshop is about honoring your whole self. We’ll explore the vast range of physical health comorbidities common among autistic folks, ADHDers, and AuDHD folks, along with the realities of medical advocacy and how to care for yourself in systems that don’t always make it easy. Together, we’ll look at how these intersections show up in daily life, why they’re often overlooked, and how you can advocate for care that truly understands and supports you—not just your symptoms.
Join Rowan Crawfish, LPC, NCC, ATR, ASDCS and Destiny Davis, LPC, CRC for a conversation about understanding the complex web of connections between autism, ADHD, and chronic health conditions and how to advocate for care that sees all of you.

About the Event
Rage is real. It’s valid. And it carries immense power. In a world that often tells us to shrink, silence, or “manage” our anger, this workshop invites you to release it — boldly, unapologetically, and creatively.
The Art of Release: Rage as Creative Power is not therapy. It’s a gathering for anyone carrying rage — whether it’s fury at injustice and the state of the world, anger at personal experiences of harm or oppression, grief that has turned to fire, or the everyday pressures of living in a world that so often demands too much.
This space is for those who need an outlet, who want to reclaim their rage through expression, and who long to see how anger can transform into color, shape, and creative power.What to Expect
A supportive space to create alongside others also carrying rage
All supplies provided: paper, oil pastels, paint, colored pencils, and collage materials
Prompts and inspiration for channeling anger into art, with full freedom to make your own path
No art experience is needed. This is about expression, not perfection. Masks encouraged.

This is not therapy. The Art of Release: Rage as Creative Power is an art-based workshop facilitated by Rowan Crawfish, LPC, NCC, ATR, ASDCS. While Rowan is a licensed and credentialed counselor and art therapist, this offering is not a therapy group or a substitute for mental health treatment. It is designed as a creative, community-based experience for expression and release.
